தரமான தமிழ்க்கல்வியை  வழங்குவதோடு சிங்கப்பூர்ப் பள்ளிகளில் கற்றல் கற்பித்தல், கலை, பண்பாடு ஆகியவற்றின் மேம்பாட்டுக்கு உதவும் தேசிய வளமையகமாகச்  செயல்படுதல்

•  தமிழ்மொழி, கலை, பண்பாடு ஆகியவற்றைக் கற்றுக் கொள்வதிலும் போற்றுவதிலும் மாணவர்களிடம் உள்ளார்ந்த ஆர்வத்தை ஏற்படுத்துதல்

• தமிழ் ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்களின் மேம்பாட்டிற்கு உதவும் தொழில் திறன் பகிர்வுகளுக்கான வசதிகளையும் தமிழ்மொழி தொடர்பான வளங்களையும் வழங்குதல்
